PIT Therapy
One of the models I integrate into my practice is the Post Induction Therapy model (PIT). This enables us to study how the Family of Origin dynamics can block our emotional growth leading to developmental immaturity (co-dependency).
This can further develop into trauma, PTSD (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) causing relational issues with intimacy, sex, and love.
Pia’s use of Gestalt chair work to recreate difficult and traumatic adverse childhood experiences allows the buried feelings and emotions to surface in a safe and containing way at your pace and with my professional guidance to then process any necessary grief, sadness, anger and any other feelings you might find hard to express freely.
